If you have multiple saved payment methods on your account, you can easily and quickly change what payment method you want being used for AutoPay.

  1. Once signed into your Client Portal, and navigate to your Financial Center
  2. Click on the green button that says Manage Payment Sources, located above your list of current and past invoices
  3. Click on the radio button next to the payment method you want to use for AutoPay
  4. Click on the Submit button to save your card preference. The page will auto refresh after it saved your AutoPay payment method.
  5. To verify your preferred AutoPay payment method is saved, click on the Manage Payment Sources
  6. You will then see your preferred payment method for AutoPay have a selected radio button next to it.
