This article is talking about the Stripe token error message saying "You cannot use a Stripe token more than once", and how to resolve it.

If you delete all saved payment methods, and then add a new saved payment method in one session, you will receive an error saying "You cannot use a Stripe token more than once: tok_XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX".  

In order to add a new payment method to your account, you will need to Sign out of your account, and then Sign back into your account.

Signing out of your account, and back in will resolve the error.
